Here are some frequently asked questions
How do I contact a Supervisor directly should I have a complaint?
Please feel free to contact our Supervisiors at anytime including Saturday and Public Holidays.

What do I do if my drink fell in the machine?
First look at the display screen located below the bill acceptor. Check to see if its displaying your credit to the amount you put in. Select another selection. If you receive another selection then great. If not please call our Customer Care and Service Department. The numbers are to the top of the machine on the yellow sticker.
What do I do if the robotic hand does not pick up my selection?
Look at the display screen located below the bill acceptor. Check to see if its displaying your credit to the amount you put in. Try to press another selection, if it does not select your drink / snack please contact our Customer Care and Service Department.
How long does it take to be reimbursed?
All complaints are logged into a database that is generated daily through our Accounts Department. They will balance the machine and give Customer Service the ok to reimburse the customer. This process should not take more than 3 working days to be processed and issued.
What if more than 3 days has passed since I called in for my drink that was lost?
At anytime you can contact our Customer Care and Service department at 800-8363 or 385-4636. If you are not given a timeline or proper update please proceed to contact the Supervisor directly.
If I lose my money on a Sunday or Public Holiday can I contact Vending Plus?
Yes you can. We take our service very seriously. Please feel free to contact us at any of our listed numbers.
I am interested in your service. What is the procedure?
Please be directed to our contact tab and feel free to send us your information. Someone will contact you and get the required information.
Does your machine give back change?
No. Please refer to the stickers that are on the machine. They have all instructions and also note to use exact money, machine does not give back change.
What if I lost my money at a Public location and I am not an employee?
Please contact our Customer Care and Service Department and give all your information. Our representative will ask if you are an employee at the location.
Once processed a Route Supervisor will contact you to deliver your reimbursement.
What if I lose my drink and want to be reimbursed the same day?
Our company policy is that we must conduct a check and balance on the machine. When you call you can speak to a Supervisor directly on this.
What if the machine at my location is not accepting bills?
Please contact our Customer Care and Service Department right away so we can send a Technician to address the problem.
